What are the main differences between the Care plans?
The Basic Care plan helps keep your website running smoothly but requires you to get hands-on technical expertise to manage your web infrastructure.
The Standard Care plan is 100% managed by us but requires do-it-yourself updates.
The Complete Care plan is 100% effortless with managed updates, extra security, and priority action.

What websites can I maintain on a Care plan?
Only WordPress websites are supported at this time.
Will my domain name be renewed each year?
Yes.
Your domain name will be renewed each year. However, you must already own the domain name or purchase a non-premium domain when you begin your plan. New premium domain names are not supported at this time.
Can I change the Care plan linked to my Create or Upgrade package?
Yes. The Standard Care Plan is included with each Create or Upgrade package. Once your new website is live, you can switch to the Complete Care Plan.
You can only switch to the Basic Care plan after your first year and since this plan does not support hosting, you would need to transfer your website to a different hosting provider.
